Cabbage Rolls

Large Pans - From frozen, remove lid, fill the pan with either chicken broth, vegetable broth or tomato juice, place the lid back on, put in the oven 400 degrees middle rack for 1.5 - 2 hours depending on how tender you would like your cabbage. 


Small Pans - Remove contents and put into your own casserole dish or pan. Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth, vegetable broth or tomato juice, cover the dish or pan, put in oven 400 degrees middle rack for 1.5 - 2 hours depending on how tender you would like your cabbage. 


Pressure Cooker - Place frozen cabbage rolls into pot, add 1 cup broth, cook for 30 minutes at high pressure. 

Perogies

Bring water in a pot to a boil, place frozen perogies into the boiling water.

To Fry - boil for 5 minutes. Remove and place on fry pan. Use oil and/or butter. Fry until lightly golden. 

To Boil - boil for 6 minutes. Remove and place on dish. Cover with butter if desired. 

Sour Cream is recommended add on. 

Eat with fried onions, bacon, sauerkraut, and Ukrainian Fine Foods Kubasa.

Borscht Soup

Bring the soup to a boil and serve. Add meat and/or sour cream to add extra flavours. 

Garlic Kubasa

The garlic sausage is already smoked and ready to eat. Excellent with cheese and crackers, or pickles. It's also delicious fried with eggs in the morning or with your perogies. To Bake or BBQ, place the ring uncut onto a cooking sheet and cook for 30 minutes at 350.
