**** TERMS OF SERVICE ****
Please ensure you have a cooler or bin out front. We will ring the doorbell and leave, practicing social distancing.
Delivery drivers work from 8am - 9pm. You will be emailed 1 day before the truck leaves the restaurant. Leave the cooler out until your package is received. It could be any of the days mentioned for your area. Check your package immediately for correctness. If an error has occurred please email us immediately so we can fix the error before the driver leaves your area. We do not give credits on packages after 2 days of the delivery dates posted. If a product is wrong do not eat it, save it in its original package for a exchange or refund.
**We do not do rural addresses. We can meet you in town for a pickup. The driver will contact you to make arrangements.
** Please note we are not responsible for theft of the package or spoilage. Please have a cooler or container out to protect your delivery.
**Do not call the restaurant. This is a online service and all questions or concerns will be dealt with online. All the delivery dates are posted above and updated in the event dates change. Email questions or concerns to info@ukrainianfinefoods.com
**Apartments & Business addresses cannot be guaranteed delivery due to time restraints. If we arrive after hours, or you are not at the apartment, we will have to give a refund if your not there to receive. A delivery charge may be applied. Please note apartment and condo residents must meet us at front to receive order. We will not be entering the building due to Covid.
